A falta de um módulo prescritor no Sistema Nacional de Gerenciamento de Produtos Controlados (SNGPC) vem sobrecarregando os Farmacêuticos em todo o Brasil, resultando em uma redução significativa do tempo disponível para o atendimento ao público. Este cenário, marcado por um acúmulo de serviços burocráticos, é uma consequência direta da obrigatoriedade imposta pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) de lançamento de prescrições de medicamentos controlados e antibióticos comercializados pelas farmácias e drogarias.
Os farmacêuticos, cujo papel vai muito além da dispensação de medicamentos, veem-se obrigados a dedicar uma grande parte do seu tempo de trabalho ao preenchimento de dados e lançamentos no SNGPC. Esse excesso de burocracia compromete a qualidade e a eficiência do serviço prestado, tendo em vista que menos tempo é disponibilizado para atividades essenciais, como o atendimento e orientação aos pacientes.
A ausência do módulo prescritor, que facilitaria e agilizaria o processo de lançamento de prescrições, provoca um gargalo no fluxo de trabalho destes profissionais, comprometendo a qualidade do serviço oferecido ao público e criando uma sobrecarga de trabalho.
Ainda que a inserção de dados no SNGPC seja de suma importância para o controle de produtos controlados e antibióticos, é urgente a revisão desse processo a fim de otimizar o tempo dos farmacêuticos e, consequentemente, melhorar a qualidade do atendimento à população.
A comunidade farmacêutica vem clamando por uma solução que permita a inserção de um módulo prescritor no SNGPC, que poderia permitir uma gestão mais eficiente das prescrições, liberando mais tempo para o farmacêutico realizar suas atividades mais importantes, como o atendimento direto ao paciente.
Nesse contexto, espera-se que a ANVISA reveja seus procedimentos e implemente mecanismos que tornem a atividade dos farmacêuticos mais eficiente e menos burocrática, com a introdução do módulo prescritor. Com essas alterações, a agência não apenas estará atendendo a uma demanda da classe farmacêutica, como também beneficiará a sociedade brasileira, que terá à disposição um serviço farmacêutico mais eficaz e humanizado.
